Energy Balancing is the term used to describe what Crystal Healing and Reiki do for the body. The body is made up of seven main energy centers called Chakras and many smaller centers located at the joints which, when stressed, get out of balance causing discomfort and pain. Crystal Healing and Reiki are two methods used to get the body back into balance. Other methods are acupuncture and herbs.

Crystal Healing is the use of crystals and gems to effect the energy of the body. Throughout history, crystals have been used to amplify and absorb energy which effects our emotions, our mental attitudes and our spirit. The changes we see on the physical level are the result of balance within the many layers of the body.
 
Reiki is taught by Reiki Masters and is a healing system that allows the practitioner to heal self and others by laying on hands. The word Reiki is made up of two separate words, “Rei” which means Universal and “Ki” which means energy. The most common meaning is “universal life energy”.
